Dumping trash, construction debris, furniture, or any waste on the grass, by dumpsters, or anywhere outside of designated bins is strictly prohibited.
This is considered illegal dumping and is a violation of both community rules and Orange County law.

To maintain safety, order, and compliance with community guidelines, unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles within Meadowwood II Condominium Association Inc. are subject to towing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, strictly enforced under Florida Statute 715.07 and City of Orlando Code Chapter 39.
