Welcome to Meadowwood II Condominium Association – A close-knit community in the heart of Orlando

Dumping of trash, furniture, construction debris, or any waste outside of the designated dumpsters or bins is strictly prohibited within Meadowwood II Condominium Association Inc.
This includes any disposal of items:
Such actions constitute illegal dumping and are a direct violation of community rules, Orange County Code, and Florida Statute 403.413 (Florida Litter Law).

To maintain safety, order, and compliance with community guidelines, unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles within Meadowwood II Condominium Association Inc. are subject to towing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, strictly enforced under Florida Statute 715.07 and City of Orlando Code Chapter 39.

Illegal parking
Inoperable vehicles
No tag, expired, or invalid license plate
Flat tires
Abandoned vehicles
Vehicles posted "For Sale"
Double parking
Parking on grass
Parking in fire lanes
Parking in front of or beside dumpsters
Parking in handicap spaces without a valid permit
Unauthorized or unassigned parking
Backed-in parking (if not allowed)
Parking of unauthorized vehicles, including:
Boats
Jet Skis
RVs
Semi-trucks
Vehicles with car covers must clearly display a license plate
Vehicles not properly parked within their assigned space

This towing policy is enforced by Meadowwood II Condominium Association Inc. in accordance with Florida Statute 715.07 and City of Orlando Code Chapter 39. Towing signs are posted at the entrance of the community and near the dumpster area. All residents and visitors are responsible for understanding and complying with community parking rules. Vehicles in violation may be towed without prior notice at the owner's expense.
