Yullian serves as the Office Administrator and is the backbone of our daily operations. Since 2019, he has played a key role in maintaining structure, efficiency, and organization within our office.
He oversees administrative systems, coordinates internal operations, manages communications, and supports budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. With strong attention to detail and proven multitasking skills, Yullian ensures that all office processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Yuly has been a licensed Realtor since 2011, bringing extensive experience in real estate transactions and client relations. In 2012, Yuly advanced to become a Broker Associate, specializing in international investments and property acquisitions. Since 2017, Yuly has been managing properties with Douglas E. Homes, leveraging a strong background in marketing and financing.
As the Broker of Record for Douglas Edmund Real Estate since 2016, Yuly has guided countless clients through buying, selling, and investing processes with professionalism and care. With a Community Association Manager license obtained in 2024, Yuly has expanded expertise to include condominium and homeowner association management.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Yuly continues to refine skills in asset management and strategic business operations, providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring their investments are well-managed and optimized.

As a passionate real estate professional, Millie has successfully helped clients navigate the complex world of buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Currently, she serves as a Community Association Manager for a 369-unit property, overseeing assets valued at over $1 million. Her expertise ensures smooth operations and maximizes value for property owners.
Beyond her professional achievements, Millie enjoys dancing, reading, exercising, listening to all types of music, and decorating. She is also an avid hat collector, adding a touch of personality and flair to her life outside of work.
