Yulian has been part of Douglas E. Homes LLC since 2019, bringing extensive experience in property management support, customer service, and office operations.
As a Property Manager and Community Association Online Support specialist, he assists the management team with property operations, maintenance and repair coordination, service follow-ups, documentation, and administrative systems. He helps track repair issues and ensures that important information is properly organized and communicated to the appropriate team members.
Yulian also provides valuable support with client onboarding, portfolio organization, property records, management systems, and client relationship support, helping Douglas E. Homes maintain consistent service as its portfolio grows.
For community association management, he provides online and administrative support with records, communications, owner portals, service requests, documentation, and other operational needs under the direction of management.

Yuly has been a licensed Realtor since 2011, with extensive experience in real estate transactions, investments, property management, and client relations. In 2012, she advanced to Broker Associate, expanding her expertise in real estate investments and property acquisitions.
As Broker of Record for Douglas Edmund Real Estate LLC since 2016, Yuly has assisted clients with buying, selling, investing, and managing real estate assets.
In 2017, Yuly established Douglas E. Homes LLC as a professional property management firm, providing residential property management and related real estate services throughout Central Florida.
In 2024, Yuly obtained her Community Association Manager (CAM) license, expanding her professional expertise into condominium and community association management.
In 2026, Yuly graduated from American Business College in Business Administration, further strengthening her background in business operations, leadership, asset management, and strategic planning.

Currently, she serves as a Community Association Manager for a 369-unit property, overseeing assets valued at over $1 million.
